Decided to put the bells down today, and call up an old friend…the medicine ball. It’s been a while, but we enjoyed our time together. we decided my abs needed a butt-kicking, and crunches and sit ups just won’t do.
This workout is performed in a circuit fashion, no rest between exercises, rest 1 minute for intermediate and 30 secs for advanced, between rounds for 4 rounds. Have fun.
Perform all exercises for 1 min ea. (1 min ea. side for woodchoppers) for 4 rounds
1. MB slams
2. MB Woodchoppers
3. MB Jump Squats
4. MB Push Ups
This workout was performed with a 10 lb medicine ball, so i had to add some intensity to this bad boy.
